Start with commerce and order flow, then use the same #ION-1042 to see how a grievance is resolved and how the final commercial outcome is reconciled and settled.
See how ION works when commerce actually happens.

From Bu Sari's catalogue to a fulfilled order.
This is the core ION journey: the seller manages what she sells and the terms she offers, publishes through her Seller App, Buyer Apps discover eligible offers, a customer orders, and the same order appears back on the seller side for fulfilment.
Bu Sari manages her catalogue and how she wants to trade.
Through her Seller App, Bu Sari manages product information, price, availability and relevant commercial terms. The network does not replace her commercial choice.
Publish once through the Seller App.
The catalogue becomes available to participating Buyer Apps through the common network model. Bu Sari does not need a separate catalogue integration with each Buyer App.

Buyer Apps can discover eligible offers.
Interoperability creates choice β not compulsory distribution.
The Buyer App can decide which eligible offers fit its commercial requirements and customer proposition. The same open network can therefore support different Buyer App experiences.
The customer discovers Bu Sari inside their Buyer App.
The Buyer App owns discovery, curation and presentation. Here the customer finds Kopi Nusantara in a Bank App, adds two Kopi Susu and checks out.

What happens when the buyer has a problem?
The grievance is not a separate transaction. It stays connected to the same order, the same participants and the same fulfilment history.
Fulfilled
The buyer starts from the order they already know.
Inside the Buyer App, the customer opens #ION-1042 and reports a problem. They do not need to understand which participant or system sits behind the issue.

ION can connect the issue to #ION-1042 and the relevant participants, allowing it to reach the party responsible for the next action.

Bu Sari
Bu Sari sees the issue against the same order.
She has the order and fulfilment context needed to respond. In this illustrative scenario, she agrees to a Rp 20.000 partial refund.
The parties resolve β or use the applicable escalation path.
Where the participants agree, the grievance closes with a recorded remedy. Where they do not, the issue can move through the relevant escalation/dispute path while retaining the same transaction context.
Partial refund: Rp 20.000
The grievance outcome becomes part of #ION-1042.
The order record now carries the agreed adjustment. That matters when Buyer App and Seller App later reconcile the final commercial outcome.
How does the transaction reach settlement?
The money view starts with the same order and the same commercial terms. After fulfilment, Buyer App and Seller App agree what actually happened before the agreed outcome proceeds to settlement.
The buyer pays for #ION-1042.
In this sample prepaid flow, the payment provider handles the funds. ION does not receive or hold customer money.
Settlement waits for the actual transaction outcome.
The order is fulfilled through the commerce flow. If a grievance or agreed adjustment changes the commercial outcome, that becomes relevant to reconciliation.

Sample agreed adjustment: β Rp 20.000.
Both sides reconcile the final commercial position.
They reconcile what was agreed at the beginning with what actually happened β including applicable commission, logistics, tax treatment, refunds, penalties or other agreed adjustments.
The Buyer App authorizes settlement.
After successful reconciliation, the Buyer App authorizes settlement based on the commercial position already agreed with the Seller App. ION verifies and translates the agreed instruction without changing its commercial substance.
